Jeff Xing's Home Page

Hi there, and welcome to my rather infrequently updated home page. For those of you stopping by randomly, if today's date is much later than the date at the bottom of this page, you're probably better off writing to me if you want my current information. Anyway, a quick and easy way of summarizing who I am and what I'm up to is with bullets, so here goes:

I'm currently a software engineer at FundSERV Inc., concentrating in what we call Systems.
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc on Computer Science, Xian Jiaotong University with a MEng and Hebei Institute of Technology with a BEng on Mechanical Engineering.
I should say that I have pretty strong background in engineering before I wanted to be an IT professonal. I worked in a lab at Beijing Polytechnic University, after receiving my degree in mechanical engineering. I also worked as researcher at Dartmouth College and University of Illinois.
My family found ourselves love Canada almost immediately after we moved to Toronto in August, 1998. We are now enjoying the life in this maple leaf country.
